Effective date: June 26, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of OrderByVoice (OBV) at orderbyvoice.com. By using OBV you agree to these terms.

OBV is a voice-driven shopping list and trip planning assistant. OBV helps you organize shopping lists, find nearby stores, plan multi-stop trips, and shop on Amazon. OBV is an organizational tool — it does not sell products, process purchases, or guarantee the accuracy of store inventory or product location data.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 13 years of age or older to use OBV. OBV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

OBV is free to use. There are no fees charged to users. OBV derives revenue from store partnerships and affiliate commissions.

When you share a list you are responsible for who you share it with and at what permission level. OBV is not responsible for actions taken by people you have granted access to your lists. You can revoke access at any time.

Store location data, product locations, and inventory status in OBV are provided by store partners, community mappers, and user contributions. OBV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Always verify product availability before making a trip.

OBV participates in the Amazon Associates Program. Links to Amazon generated by OBV contain an affiliate tag. OBV earns a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. Your purchase is completed on Amazon using your own Amazon account, subject to Amazon's own terms and conditions. As an Amazon Associate, OBV earns from qualifying purchases.

You agree not to use OBV to violate any applicable law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of OBV or its infrastructure, to submit false or misleading store or product data, or to interfere with other users' use of OBV.

OBV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that OBV will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that store and product data will be accurate. Use OBV at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of OBV, including but not limited to wasted trips, incorrect purchases, or missed items.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of OBV after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
